Founder of SHP, John W. Crew is a graduate of Valdosta State University and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. He is experienced in ACO formation and management, IPA/PHO formation and management, managed care, and development of organizational malpractice insurance programs, Group Purchasing Organizations, and Ancillary Services.

In addition to oversight of all operations for the Savannah office, Patty, who holds a Masters in Health Services Administration, performs managed care contract reviews, fee schedule analyses, and client/payor relations.

In addition to oversight of all operations for the Albany office, Kelly performs all IPA provider credentialing and is responsible for the management of IPA benefit programs, IPA education programs and IPA/payor relations.

Lara serves as initial contact for hospital clients to ensure coordination of services with managed care contracting activities. She is experienced in network services, billing/collections, provider enrollment, and credentialing.

Jason performs financial and data analysis in support of SHP clients. Background includes hospital finance, IS, and ER physician practice settings. Bachelor’s in Health Science Administration, Master’s in Business Administration, and certified in Six Sigma and Project management.

Robyn currently serves as executive director of the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards (GACSB, Inc.), representing the 25 community service boards which are created as public corporations and instrumentalities of the state (as a public safety net) to provide mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases services. Robyn is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University and holds a degree in the field of psychology. She has over 23 years of experience in the field of medicine and behavioral health and has served in varying capacity- as a practitioner and as an administrator.

Phil has been in the in the healthcare Materials Management business for over 30 years. He received his formal training in the U.S. Air Force and has experience as director in major healthcare institutions where he successfully developed supply chain management programs and systems.

Tim oversees all IT functions and purchases for SHP as well as assist with relevant needs of our clients. He brings more than 10 years of healthcare project management experience and IT support roles in various healthcare settings. Tim is also responsible for SHP IT implementations, such as our P3 product – Patient Portion Projector.
